Dr. Maheen Mausoof Adamson is a neuroscientist and a healthcare leader based at Stanford and VA Palo Alto Healthcare System for almost two decades. As a professor in neurosurgery and director of research at a national women’s health center funded by congress, she is at the forefront of current healthcare issues. She is an expert at evidence-based translational research in brain health and has vast experience in disseminating her innovative research in academic, government, and commercial settings globally. She is a frequent keynote and invited speaker at academic, government and healthcare venues. She is a consultant or advisor for several healthcare startups and has received numerous awards for her research. Her personal encounter with her father’s stroke became the springboard for Soof Solutions. Just as she has dedicated the last twenty years in improving the lives of Veterans with brain injury, Alzheimer’s, and depression, she is perfectly poised to improve the lives of those who cannot speak with her excellent team.
